The LitvakSIG Online Journal is an online journal of articles that are of broad interest to Litvak researchers. It’s aim is to increase our understanding of the historical, political, economic, cultural, and intellectual forces which affected the lives of our ancestors, particularly during the seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Internet publication allows unique opportunities such as presentation of images in high resolution and scanned documents as well as hyperlinks to other Internet resources including audio and video content.

Eyewitness Accounts The Eyewitness Series seeks to document first person accounts of the Massacre of Lithuanian Jewry during the Shoah, the Holocaust period.
Research Methodologies Research methods, models for displaying results of genealogical research, and new applications of computer and Internet technology to Litvak genealogy.
Cemetries Information on Jewish cemeteries in Lithuania -- reports on their physical states, lists of headstones, photographs, histories, and/or projects and restoration efforts.
Travelogue/Family History/History Personal family history research and historical information on the shtetls of “Litvakia”
Reviews Reviews of new Internet websites,research resources, articles, books, etc.
Art / Culture Poetry, excerpts from books,explanations of Litvak religious and cultural contexts.
